Upload a .zip (or .tar.gz) of the changed files from app/ -- only those, or the whole folder. It is checked first and nothing changes until you press Apply. The database is never touched; the version it replaces is kept for Roll back.

savd-patch, or here: its changed files zipped, then Code & patches. - If something was patched here,
python tools/pull_live.pyfirst, so git has it.
Claude reads the live system; it never writes to the database (owner's rule).
